Beer and Wine Vendor Agreement

We are thrilled to have your participation in The Rotary Club of Strongsville’s beer and wine tasting event and we are looking forward to exhibiting your best, brightest, and most interesting concoctions! This will be a FUN event that will benefit The City of Strongsville Town Center Initiative & other local Charities.

Please complete this form no later than 9/8/2024

Knowing the StrongFest is a fundraiser whose proceeds benefit a city community project and charities that the Rotary Club of Strongsville supports each year, any monetary contribution in part or full to help offset the cost of this sale would be greatly appreciated.

Please provide a Final Invoice to the Event Director, Jeff Ellis, by Monday, September 9th. Checks may not be available at delivery, if invoice is received after 9/9/2024.
Vendor Set-Up:
  • Set-up is 11:30–1:30 PM day of event – MUST BE READY TO OPERATE BY 1:30 PM!
  • There will be a designated area for drop-off & pick-up; volunteers will be onsite to direct you to your booth and where you can park your vehicle after drop-off
  • Vendor shall comply with Rotary’s procedures as to identifying paid patrons for sampling and will confirm that they are wearing a wrist band designating them as at least 21 years of age
  • Vendor shall comply with all health and liquor laws of the State of Ohio
  • Maintain and verify liability insurance for the event
  • Table Giveaways:This is a great marketing opportunity! Help attendees remember your brand & company by distributing free promotional items at your booth (coasters, magnets, etc.), but no beer cups, please!
  • Product & Merchandise to Sell:
    • Rotary provided Volunteers are NOT permitted to sell promotional merchandise and/or product on behalf of the Vendor</li
    • Vendors and employees are solely responsible for sales and handling forms of payment for all products & promotional merchandise
  • Vendors are responsible for maintaining and cleaning up their booth/table area
  • Tear-down must be completed by 9:00 PM. (7:00-8:00 Rotary & Volunteer hour)
Provided by Strongsville Rotary: (anything not listed below is responsibility of vendor to provide)
  • One 8’ table, dump buckets, trash can
  • Each Brewery/Wine Vendor will be assigned 1 or 2 volunteers to pour the beer/wine. Please notify Jeff Ellis no later than one week prior to event, if you require more than 2 pourers.
  • Volunteer Pourers will be onsite by 1:00 PM to meet you and get instructions
  • StrongFest Sponsorship signage with number of tickets required per pour must be displayed on each table for customers to view
  • Sample glasses & Full-Size glasses for beer & wine
